Meet Us

Care for children can and should be better than what it is today. Our efforts to define the highest levels of quality health care, service and innovation reflect our dedication to the well-being of children. We welcome the opportunity to work with you toward the goal of providing your child a healthy future.

Our Nurse Practitioners

Healthy Future Pediatrics is proud to offer the specialized expertise of our Nurse Practitioners (NP). Our NPs are board certified and work closely with Dr. Lindgren to provide high-quality pediatric health care with an emphasis on health promotion and education.

A nurse practitioner (NP) is a registered nurse (RN) who has completed advanced education (a minimum of a master’s degree) and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions, including chronic illnesses. Nurse practitioners are much different than clinic nurses, in that NPs can independently treat and manage their own patient loads (similar to physicians). Historically, NPs have been providing comprehensive health care since 1965, with a focus on health maintenance, education, illness prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
