COVID-19 Updates

When arriving at the clinic for an appointment, please call us at 360-528-4220 to check in for your appointment BEFORE coming into the office. If anyone has cold/flu symptoms or if there has been an exposure to COVID or if anyone in the family is positive for COVID, please let the front desk know when checking in. We are having anyone with sick symptoms drive around to the back of the building and once checked in, a clinical staff will come get you and bring you in for your appointment. If there is a positive COVID case in the household or if there is a known exposure, we will schedule a virtual appointment first, then we will schedule a time to complete a COVID swab.

To help protect our staff and other families, we are still trying to limit the number of people that attend visits. Everyone entering the clinic needs to wear a mask even if  you are fully vaccinated against COVID and the mask needs to remain on the entire time you are in the clinic.  Just remember, under the chin is were it begins, over the nose is where it goes! If you arrive and do not have a mask, please let the receptionist know when you call to check in for your appointment.

As  a reminder, our morning walk-in period is from 7:30am – 8:40am Monday through Friday. Please call from the parking lot to check in and the receptionist will give you instructions from there. Saturdays are still by appointment only. Please call the morning of to make a same day appointment. The clinic is open from 9:00am – Noon. An on-call provider can be reached after hours by calling the clinic and listening to the prompts.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!!

Last week the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended that every person in the US wear a cloth mask or face covering in public settings to combat the coronavirus pandemic. But how do you correctly wear a face mask? Check out this graphic for our latest advice.
In an effort to continue to provide the safest clinic environment possible for our patients and staff, we are now requiring those coming into the office for appointments to wear a face covering or mask. We understand this is a new behavior for many of us and are aware our little ones may find it strange. Therefore, children under 2 and any child who is otherwise upset by the mask are exempt from this guideline. We thank you for your cooperation as we navigate this difficult time!
